About RGVARC

Welcome to the Rio Grande Valley Amateur Radio Club – where community, communication, and curiosity come together! Serving the RGV and surrounding areas, our club is dedicated to promoting the art and science of amateur radio. Whether you're a licensed ham, just getting started, or simply curious about the airwaves, you'll find a welcoming group of enthusiasts ready to share knowledge, provide support, and enjoy radio together. From emergency preparedness and public service to casual ragchews and cutting-edge digital modes, we embrace it all. Join us for monthly meetings, hands-on workshops, special events, and on-air nets that connect the Valley and beyond. Let’s make waves—on the air and in the community!
